Welcome to Fruitcake.ae (“Website”), operated by Fruit Cake LLC, registered in the United Arab Emirates and based in Dubai (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. General

This Website provides online ordering of cakes, desserts, and related bakery products (“Products”) for delivery or pickup in the United Arab Emirates.
By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian.
  • You provide accurate and complete information when placing your order.

2. Orders

  • All orders placed through Fruitcake.ae are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Orders must be placed within the required lead time mentioned on each product page.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if payment is not completed, the product is unavailable, or for any other valid reason.

3. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) and include applicable VAT.
  • We accept major debit/credit cards and online payment methods.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
  • Prices may change at any time without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

4. Delivery and Pickup

  • Delivery is available within Dubai and selected areas across the UAE.
  • Delivery charges vary depending on location and will be shown at checkout.
  • We make every effort to deliver your order at the selected time, but delays may occur due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.
  • The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact details.
  • For pickup orders, the customer must collect their order from the specified location at the agreed time.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery/pickup time.
  • Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Custom cakes or personalized products cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started.
  • In case of product damage, wrong item, or delivery issue, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order with a photo for review.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.

6. Allergies and Ingredients

  • Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies before placing an order.
  • We do not accept liability for allergic reactions resulting from failure to provide such information.

7. Intellectual Property

All images, text, graphics, logos, and other content on Fruitcake.ae are the property of Fruitcake Bakery LLC and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Fruitcake Bakery LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products or website.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. We comply with applicable UAE data protection and consumer laws.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
